1. Hobbies

Everybody has hobbies, and everybody loves talking about them. Hobbies could be passions too, you know. Some simple questions to ask include:
  • What are your hobbies?
  • Why do you like your hobbies so much?
  • How often do you do these hobbies?
  • How long have you been doing these hobbies, and how did you get started?
  • What hobbies did you used to have, but now do not?
  • Is it important to have hobbies? Why/why not?

Marika Gerika : "I Can Cook" Children's Book Series

Marika Gerika : I Can Cook

Author of Children's Cook Book Series

Born in Zimbabwe,  Africa I was fortunate and privileged enough to have had several years of cooking.
I take pleasure in writing these books for children - bonding in the kitchen with their parents, grandparents and friends.
Spending many enjoyable hours in the kitchen and I have no doubt they will one day become  Great Cooks. I came from Africa where fresh healthy locally grown fruits, vegetables
and meats were readily available grown and ripened in the natural unspoiled gardens and farms with a large percentage of organic growing and production.

Everyone recognizes the clear links between health and diet

Cook with olive oil

Healthy eaters try to avoid cooking with oil as much as possible, but if you do want to try some food, make sure to use natural olive oil. Olive oil lacks the harmful substances found in cheaply manufactured oils. It also provides a valuable dose of the Omega-3 fatty acid that helps to lower blood pressure and thus improve heart health.
